WMD Policy Resources

This spreadsheet is intended as a comprehensive resource for those new to, or seeking to learn more about, the weapons of mass destruction (WMD) policy field. It provides curated materials on WMD-related information, policy developments, career guidance, and educational opportunities.

The spreadsheet is organized into dedicated sheets covering: WMD-relevant terminology, treaties and policies, technologies and arsenals, open-source intelligence (OSINT), career development opportunities, organizations working on WMD issues, and formal education programs.

Users can search for specific content using Ctrl + F (or the “Find” function in Excel). The Sort & Filter options can also be used to organize and highlight the information most relevant to individual needs. For the best experience, the spreadsheet should be downloaded and viewed on a computer or an appropriate mobile app.

This resource may be shared freely with proper attribution. Any use of the first person (I, me, my, etc.) within the spreadsheet refers to its creator and manager, Jamie Withorne.
